Rose Levy is an accomplished nonprofit professional, with a 17-year tenure in cultivating impactful, data-driven programming and fostering robust collaborations within the nonprofit sector, corporate sphere, and with philanthropic foundations. Her career has included contributions to organizations such as Direct Relief, Habitat for Humanity, and the US Peace Corps in Botswana.
She graduated from UCSD with a dual emphasis bachelor’s degree in political science and international relations, arming herself with a solid foundation to affect positive change in the world. Building upon this, Rose earned an MBA from Antioch University, honing her skills in strategic leadership and organizational management.
Rose is a committed member of the local Santa Barbara community. She is the Vice President of the Santa Barbara Hillel Board of Directors. Previously she served as the board president for the Santa Barbara Peace Corps Association. Proudly rooted in Santa Barbara, Rose and her husband Jason have a daughter Scarlett (1). Being a parent brings her immeasurable joy and serves as a constant reminder of the importance of investing in the futures of children as a tool for creating a better and more just world.
